2. Personal data processed

While browsing the Site, the Data Controller processes information concerning you and which may be collected automatically during your browsing of the Site or provided by you directly, for example when you use the contact details listed on the Contacts page.

In particular, the personal data processed through the Site are:

a) Name, surname, contact details and other personal data

The Contacts page shows the contact details of the Company to which it is possible to contact for information on products and services. In case of sending information or contact requests, please do not send us personal data suitable for revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, belonging trade union, genetic or biometric data, data relating to health or sexual orientation or, in general, personal data that are not strictly necessary to process your request correctly.

b) Navigation data and cookies

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of Internet. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. 3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis

The Data Controller will process your personal data for the purposes described below.

a) Management of requests received: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses of contact present on the Site involves the acquisition of the data necessary to respond to requests received, as well as all personal data possibly included in communications. The legal basis of the processing is the execution of a contract to which you are a party or the execution of measures pre-contractual agreements adopted at your request. b) Legal obligations: your data may be processed to allow Tec.Al. fulfillment of obligations provided for by national, community or international laws, regulations and regulations, or provisions mandatory regulations issued by the competent Authorities. In any case, the Data Controller ensures that the processing of your personal data will take place in compliance with the applicable legislation and, therefore, any transfers will be made with adequate guarantees, such as decisions of adequacy, models of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other guarantees considered adequate.

5. Retention times and criteria

Personal data processed for the purpose of “Management of requests received” will be kept strictly for the time necessary for the correct execution of your requests and the pre-contractual or contractual relationship with you in progress, except legal requirements or obligations that require a longer retention time.

Personal data processed for the purpose of “Legal obligations” will be kept for the period provided for by specifics legal obligations or applicable legislation. Personal data processed for the purpose of “Security” will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes, also taking into account the time necessary for legal protection and / or for the communication of such data to competent Authorities.

6. Rights of the interested party

As an interested party, you have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same. You also have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of data concerning you and to oppose the processing (articles 15 and ss. of the Regulation). You can object to the use of cookies when using the Site, by referring to the instructions contained in the Cookie Policy. The request to exercise the rights recognized to you can preferably be submitted via email to the address web@tecal.info or to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in the first paragraph of this Notice. Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this Site takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this information in compliance with the applicable legislation or the measures adopted by the Data Protection Authority personal.
